Hair, Eugene Clifford (P2, C2, L26)

Private Eugene C. Hair was born 4 November 1920, at Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky. He enlisted into the Kentucky National Guard’s Company B, 149th Infantry at Somerset on 18 September 1940. He was inducted into federal service on 20 January 1941. Hair died in the line of duty in England on 6 May 1945 and is buried at the Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, Coton, South Cambridgeshire District, Cambridgeshire, England.
